Kowa Industrial Lenses

SeeSense are official European distributers of the Kowa range of C and CS-mount lenses.

Kowa manufacture a specialist range of high quality lenses mainly intended for Factory Automation, Machine Vision and Security applications.

The Kowa range includes a wide range of Security and Megapixel FA lenses including a comprehensive selection of high quality megapixel lenses which we use in conjunction with our 4K and HD cameras for a variety of applications including Film & Broadcast.

Other lenses are designed for use during day and day/night (IR) security situations as well as a comprehensive range of Short Range Infra Red (SWIR) lenses that complement Raptor Photonics SWIR cameras. Kowa also manufacture a super low light High Definition Camera with HD-SDI output. SeeSense have worked with and specified Kowa C-mount and CS-mount lenses for many years. Kowa High Definition Super Low Light Camera

Kowa manufacture the SC200KP1C 2/3" 1-CMOS High Definition Low Light Ultra High Sensitivity Camera designed for high end applications where high resolution colour images are required in very low light conditions. This superb new 2/3" 1-CMOS camera outputs 1080i / 1080p / 720p image at 30fps even in light conditions as low as 0.005 lux. Images from the new Kowa SC200KP1C camera are comparable to EM-CCD cameras however the SC200KP1C also produces an High Definition image. The camera outputs a 32 bit colour image in HD-SDI, PAL and NTSC and is only 66 x 76 x 146mm.

Kowa also offer a range of ultra wide aperture lenses for the camera including a 60mm 6 Megapixel F0.8 lens which is five times brighter than any standard 50mm F2.0 lens.
