SeeSense are an official distributer for the Swivellink range of mounting solutions.
SeeSense offer Swivellink products to create a durable, versatile and well designed solution for mounting cameras, illumination, monitors, a workbench installation or even robot arm tooling. Whilst being originally designed for Machine Vision and FA applications we also use Swivellink for Industrial (Welding cameras), Film and Broadcast applications.
The Swivellink systems consists of a series of bases, links, knuckles and plates which are available in Imperial and Metric Standard, XS (small) and HD (Heavy Duty) sizes. Please also refer to our 'specials', to help adapt Swivellink into even more useful functions. SeeSense is a stockist of the Metric range consisting of STANDARD and XS Series. The Standard series can easily support 13Kg utilising the 30cm link (the longest in the series) in any position and 1.4Kg with the XS series using a 10cm link.
SWIVELLINK STANDARD MOUNTS
The Standard series can easily support payloads up to 13Kg utilising the 30cm link (the longest in the series) in any position. The range includes ball base, links up to 30cm long, tee link, knuckle and tee knuckle plus an adapter to connect to the XS mounting solution. There are a comprehensive range of mounts available.
SWIVELLINK XS MOUNTING SOLUTION
The XS series can easily support payloads up to 1.4Kg utilising the 10cm link (the longest in the series) in any position. The range includes ball base, links up to 10cm long, tee link, knuckle and tee knuckle plus an adapter to connect to the Standard mounting solution. There are range of mounts available including a ball connector to 1/4"UNC tripod mount. SeeSense offer a special modification allowing it to fit our magnetic mounting base.
APPLICATIONS
Swivellink Mounting Solutions are purpose designed for use in the Machine Vision and Factory Automation (FA) Industries.
SeeSense also supplies this system for use in Film and Broadcast, Medical and General Industrial applications such as with our Welding Cameras.
Swivellink Mounting Solutions are designed for use with cameras & vision systems, lighting, monitors, sensors, cycle start push buttons, part fixtures, tool hosters and even end of arm tooling for robot applications.
